On Tim’s swing bike we want simple rim brakes. I was a bit nervous because this is my first time doing v-brake bosses and they are a bit more complicated to setup and weld vs. disk style brakes.
In the end I was very happy with how they turned out. My my simple fixture worked very well and allowed me to hold the bosses in proper alignment. The welding went smoothly.
